We invest either independently or with joint venture partners or act as strategic asset managers.

Our skill base has attracted partners, that include GE Capital, Anglo Irish Bank, Bank of Scotland, Allianz and Protego Real Estate Investors.

Our property targets vary in shape and size but typically range in value from £2 million to £60 million and always offer scope to improve value.
